Shown below is the most mint condition Storm series guitar I have ever seen.  This 36 year old beauty could hang in a shop today as new.  This is the Tornado model from early 1969.  Placed in the lineup just below the more popular Thunderhead, the Tornado shared the same basic design and in fact had an identical body.  The neck is blonde maple finish with an ebony unbound fingerboard.  Chrome Schaller hardware includes the 6-way adjustable bridge and saddle as well as the stylish trapeze tailpiece.  The same model was also available with a spring vibrato tailpiece for a slightly higher list price.  The electronics consist of two high-output Schaller pickups wired to twin Volume and Tone controls and a 3-way toggle selector.   The tuners are chrome enclosed Kluson Deluxe.
