Glen Campbell Artist 1127-4

The Glen Campbell Artist Balladeer 1127-4 configuration launched in late 1971 (and acoustic electric model 1627 launched in 1973), was the legendary model that remained more or less intact for the next 2 decades.  Some later variations included a sunburst option as well as a cutaway version.  But the main features remained the AAA Sitka top, VT bracing, Artist depth bowl, bound ebony fretboard with diamond and dot inlays, walnut bridge, GC truss rod cover and gold Schaller tuners.  The acoustic electric version was initially offered with Volume only, but later introduced the stacked V/T control.
